The HSE Development Program is a 12 month
rotation program open to all engineers who meet our eligibility
requirements, and includes the United States Department of
Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) 30-hour
training course, as well as on-site and office training. The program is
available for Civil, Architecture, Electrical (power section) and
Mechanical (power section) engineers with 2-6 years of work experience.
Program Overview:Trainees will complete the 30-hour OSHA training course followed by a nine month rotation split evenly between four key phases:
- HSE Audits
- Training
- Environment
- Document Control

If your application is successful and you score well in our online ability test, you will be invited to attend two interviews. The first a technical interview is with one of our Project Mangers to assess your skills and experience. Then you will meet a HR Manager to discuss your training program in more detail.
