Job Description:
Participates in the recruitment processes and job fairs to enlarge the resumes database
Interviews potential candidates, conduct all tests for hiring and evaluate candidates' skills
Establishes and execute new employee orientation program
Responds to staff inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
Supervises performance management program and ensure that they are carried out periodically and effectively
Participates in training needs assessment, designs and implements a proper training program
Supervises salary administration and payroll in coordination with concerned Departments
Studies reports for absenteeism and turnover; and provides appropriate solution


Qualifications:
Education Any relevant major

Job Description:
Research international suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.
Able to calculate international freight charges to determine whether the purchase of the materials or equipments is economically feasible.
Buy better quality materials or equipments in bulk and be able to distribute to multiple locations.
Make price comparisons to ensure compliance with the agreed upon contract price.
Prepare purchase orders, solicit bid proposals and review requisitions for materials or merchandise.
Analyze price proposals and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
Monitor and follow applicable international laws and regulations.
Follow up on the stock available of all materials in order to prevent low/no stock with the warehouse department.
Administer contracts with international suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and in the event of problems trace shipments and follow up undelivered goods.
Issue purchase report reflecting the status of purchase orders opened and closed ones.


Qualifications:Education B.Sc. in Pharmacy
Age From 22 To 25 years old
Computer Skills Outstanding in MS Office applications and Internet navigation.
Language Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in French Language is a big plus.
